これは私に霊感があったり、そのような力があるわけではありません。
I don’t have any special abilities or powers,
氣功に近い力ですので、誰でも身につけられるものだと思います。
it’s just like qigong and anyone can learn it.
YOUTUBEの「感じるスピリチュアルしゅうさん」というチャンネルで、しゅうさんがエネルギー（氣）の感じ方などを紹介していまして、それを真似て私も始めました。
There is a YouTube channel called “Kanjiru Spiritual Shusan” where Shusan introduces how to feel energy (qi), and I learned from it.
番組の中で立禅のやり方を紹介していまして、私もその番組だけでなくいくつか氣功の本を買って、それらも参考にしながら立禅や簡単な気功を土曜日以外はほぼ毎日3年くらいやっています。
In the program, he introduced the practice of standing meditation (rituzen), and I also bought some qigong books as a reference. I’ve been doing standing meditation and simple qigong almost every day for about three years, except on Saturdays.
朝起きて気功をやってから筋トレというのが土曜日以外の私の日課です。
My daily routine, except on Saturdays, is to do qigong in the morning and then muscle training.
立禅などで自分の中に氣を集められるようになると人の氣も感じられやすくなるようです。
When we are able to gather qi inside ourselves through practices like standing meditation, we become more sensitive to other people’s qi.
ただ、私の場合にはしゅうさんのように詳細に氣を感じられる訳ではなく、人のエネルギー（氣）の綺麗さ、強さ、神様との繋がり、頭の良さなどが感じられます。
However, in my case, I cannot feel qi in detail. I can only sense the cleanliness, strength, connection to God, and intelligence of a person’s energy (qi).
時々、書きますが、私は本屋でスピリチュアルな本を見るのが好きなんです。ただ、スピリチュアルな本が並んでいる前に行って中身を見ずに立っているだけです。
Sometimes, I like to browse through spiritual books at the bookstore, but I just stand in front of the shelves and look at the titles without actually checking the contents.
周りに見ている人がいたら、かなりおかしな人間に見えているかもしれません。
If anyone saw me, they might think I’m quite strange.
ただ、その本から出ている氣を感じています。スピリチュアル系の本の95％以上は氣の流れがよくありません。きっと、多くの嘘が混じっているのだと思っています。
However, I can feel the energy or “qi” emanating from the books. I believe that over 95% of spiritual books have bad qi due to the presence of many lies.
時々、氣の流れの良い本を見つけると嬉しくなります。
When I do find a book with good qi, I feel very happy.
以前YOUTUBEで紹介されていた「大日月地神示」は見た瞬間に神様とのつながりをすごく強く感じました。
One such book is “Ootukushi Shinji,” which was introduced on a YouTube channel, and I immediately felt a strong connection to God from it.
ですので、内容も全く分からない状態ですぐに本屋さんに買いに行きました。本屋にはありませんでしたがネットで買えました。
So, even though I didn’t know anything about the content, I went to the bookstore to buy it right away. However, it wasn’t available in the store, so I bought it online instead.
その本を買った後に、その本が霊媒師の方が神様が降りてきて書いた本だと知りました。その本は本物だと思っています。
After I purchased the book, I learned that it was written by a spiritual medium through whom God spoke. I believe that it is an authentic book.
また、YOUTUBEでいうと「神様が見える子供たち」と「Chieart」という番組も神様との繋がりを感じます。
I also feel a connection to God through certain YouTube channels, such as “Kamisama ga Mieru Kodomotachi” and “Chieart,”
人でいうと天皇陛下、斎藤一人さんは強く神様とのつながりを感じます。
as well as through Japanese Emperor His Majesty and Hitori Saito.
スピリチュアル的にいうと第七チャクラがすごく活性化しているのだと思います。
I think that the seventh chakra is highly activated in these spiritually connected individuals.
棋士の藤井聡太さんなどは頭がすごく良いのがわかります。第六チャクラがすごく活性化しているように感じます。
Shogi player Sota Fujii, for example, seems to have a highly activated sixth chakra, which is indicative of his exceptional intelligence.
おこがましいですが、私も自分の写真や鏡を見ると神様とつながっているように感じます。
I feel a connection to God when I look at my own photo or reflection in the mirror, though I know it may sound presumptuous.
私はほぼ毎日神社に行って
I visit the temple almost every day and pray,
「大きなイチモツをください」
asking God to give me very strong dick.
とお願いしていますので、第2チャクラと下半身が。。。。すみません。自省します。
As a result, my second chakra and lower body become strongly activated. I am sorry for this and will reflect on it.
