　私は最近毎日何か新しいことをしています。

I have been trying something new every day recently,

とはいっても食べ物や飲み物が多いです。

although most of them are food and drinks.

そして、基本的に私は安いものを買うことが多いですが

And, in general, I tend to buy cheap things,

やはり安いものって失敗したと思うものも結構あります。

and there are quite a few things that I think were failures.

今日はマレーシアで失敗したと思うものを紹介します

Today, I would like to introduce some things that I failed at in Malaysia.

スターフルーツは芳香剤を食べているみたいでした

Star fruit tasted like I was eating air freshener.

このおせんべいは湿気っているみたいな歯触りで味もあんまり

This rice cracker had a soggy texture and wasn’t very tasty.

普通に赤いすももも売っていて、それは美味しいのですが試しに黄色のも買ってみたらダメでした。

They were selling normal red plums, which were delicious, but when I tried buying the yellow ones, they weren’t good.
