私の前には時々、人間以外のものが現れる
Sometimes, non-human entities appear before me.
以前妖怪が私の前に現れた。
Once, a yokai appeared before me.
私の方に近づいてきたので私がたずねた
As it approached me,
「何かようかい？」
I asked, “Is there something you need?” or “nanka-youkai?”
妖怪は「しょうもない」と言って消えていった
The yokai said, “Nothing important,” and then disappeared.
別の日には、ET（地球外生命体）が現れた
On another day, an extraterrestrial (ET) appeared before me.
ETが私の方に近づいてきて私に尋ねた
As the ET approached me, it asked,
「あなたもETですよね？」
“You are also an ET, right?”
私は答えた
「いいえ、私はETではありません。私はEDです。」
I replied, “No, I am not an ET. But I am an ED.”
ETは「しょうもない」と言って消えていった。
The ET said, “Nevermind,” and then disappeared.
私は何を書いているのだろうか？
I wonder what I am writing about?
