台湾では本当に色々な場所に暮らしていました。最初は台中で暮らしていました。次は高雄に1ヶ月暮らして、台東に1ヶ月くらして、その後に台南に1ヶ月暮らしました。台湾で食べる食事はどこも本当に美味しいです。今回は、台南で食べた料理を紹介します。
I’ve lived in various places in Taiwan. I started off in Taichung, then lived in Kaohsiung for a month, Taitung for a month, and finally in Tainan for a month. The food in Taiwan is really delicious no matter where you go. This time, I’ll introduce some dishes I ate in Tainan.
まずは。名前は分かりませんがスープです。凄く体に良さそうなスープでした。また、食べたいです。
First, I’m not sure what it’s called, but it’s a soup. It was a very healthy-looking soup and I’d like to eat it again.
ここは、家にも一番近く、色々な料理が揃っているのでよく行きました。野菜も肉もバランスよく食べられるのが、ありがたかったです。ただ、大きな病院の目の前にある為だと思いますが、味が少し薄味です。その中でも少し濃い味の物を選ぶようにしていました。
This place was the closest to my house and had a variety of dishes, so I went there often. It was great that I could eat a balanced amount of vegetables and meat. However, I think it’s because it’s located right in front of a big hospital that the taste is a bit bland. Even so, I tried to choose dishes with a slightly stronger flavor.
いつも美味しいタピオカミルクティーです。最近、右の奥歯がボロボロに折れてしまっているので、粘着性のあるものがあまり食べられなくなっていました。
It’s delicious tapioca milk tea. Recently, one of my right molars broke badly, so I can’t eat things that are sticky.
料理名は分かりませんが、チキンとマーボーです。美味しかったです。
I don’t know the name of the dish, but it was chicken and mabo-tofu. It was delicious.
ウーローファンと水餃子です。台湾の水餃子もウーローファンも本当に美味しいです。
It’s beaf donburi and water dumplings. Both water dumplings and beaf donburi in Taiwan are really delicious.
