ちなみに、私はバツイチです。ただ、付き合うとそれなりには長いと思います。

By the way, I’m divorced. However, I think my relationships have been relatively long-lasting.

元嫁さんとは6年半の付き合いでした。その前の彼女は5年の付き合いで、その前は2年弱、その前は３年間付き合いました。

I was with my ex-wife for six and a half years. The girlfriend before her was five years, the one before that was just under two years, and the one before that was three years.

そして、付き合っても殆ど喧嘩をする事はありません。不思議なことに元嫁さんともまともに喧嘩らしい喧嘩はしていません。

And even when I’m in a relationship, we hardly ever argue. Strangely, my ex-wife and I never had a real fight.

私は付き合ったら、それなりに長く付き合えると思うのですが、出会いが全くないです。それが今の自分の一番の問題だと思います。

I think I can have a relatively long-lasting relationship if I find someone, but the problem is that I haven’t had any luck with meeting people. That’s my biggest issue right now.

ちなみに、何度も書いているように過去14年以上デートも手を握ったこともありません。ただ、その間にエッチの機会は10回はあったと思います。（全くモテるわけではないです。）

As I’ve mentioned many times before, I haven’t gone on a date or even held hands with someone in over 14 years. However, I think I’ve had about 10 opportunities to have sex during that time (not because I’m popular or anything).

もちろん、ちゃんと真面目に付き合える相手でないとエッチという事もありませんので、14年以上何もないのですが。。。

Of course, I won’t have sex unless it’s with a partner I’m seriously involved with, so I haven’t had any sexual encounters in over 14 years.

もう少し軽い気持ちを持っても良いのかな？と思う事もあります。なんか重たい雰囲気を醸し出してしまっているのかな？そんな人間に人はよってこないよね。

Sometimes I wonder if I should be more relaxed about the situation. Maybe I’m giving off a heavy atmosphere and that’s why people don’t approach me.

軽々しい事はしたくないけど、重い雰囲気も出したくない。（あまり出てないか？？）

I don’t want to be careless, but I also don’t want to create a heavy atmosphere (although I’m not sure if I’m creating one at all).

まあ、そのうちに彼女も出来るだろうと思って、淡々といこう。
