今日は卵かけご飯の日だそうです。
Today is apparently “egg on rice” day.
私は毎朝納豆ご飯を食べています。その時に、一緒に生卵もかけて食べています。
I eat natto rice every morning. At that time, I also put a raw egg on it and eat it together.
この納豆卵かけご飯を8年間くらい前から食べています。ちなみに、途中で台湾に住んでいたりもしていますので、その間は食べていません。というか、台湾に間は1日に昼食の一食しか食べていませんでした。
I have been eating this natto and egg on rice for about eight years, but I lived in Taiwan for a while, during which I didn’t eat it. Actually, during that time in Taiwan, I only had one meal for lunch each day.
でも、その間も納豆たまごご飯が食べたいなって思っていました。
However, even during that period, I still wanted to eat natto and egg on rice.
これだけ納豆など体に良いものを食べているので、私の腸は善玉菌で一杯の筈だと信じています。
Since I eat healthy foods like natto, I believe that my intestines are filled with beneficial bacteria.
でも、オナラがすごくでる!なんでだろう?
But I have excessive flatulence! I wonder why?
腸は万病の元って言いますし、セロトニンの50%やドーパミンの90%は腸内で作り出されるので、腸内環境は幸せと健康のカギだと思っています。
They say that the intestines are the root of all diseases, and since 50% of serotonin and 90% of dopamine are produced in the gut, I believe that the gut microbiome is the key to happiness and health.
私は今は1日に朝と昼の2食だけど、小食で納豆ご飯みたいな健康食ばかり食べているから、きっと150歳まで生きると思う。
Although I currently only eat two meals a day, in the morning and at lunch, consisting of small portions of healthy foods like natto rice, I think I will live to be 150 years old.
そして、元気なボケ老人になろうと思う。そして、「ご飯はまだかい?」って1日に100回くらい言おうと思う。冗談です!
And I plan to become a lively, slightly senile old person. I’ll ask, “Is it mealtime yet?” about 100 times a day. Just kidding!.
