今回のブログは私が富士薬品で働いていた2021年12月に行われた新人研修のときに更新したブログです。
This blog post was written during my new employee training at Fuji Yakuhin in December 2021.
今週の水曜日から今日までの３日間、現在の会社の新人研修でした。
I had the new employee training for my current company from Wednesday of this week until today.
この３日間で営業のロープレなどをしていただいたのですが、昨日も一昨日も途中で頭が止まることが本当に多かったのですが、今日は特に酷くって全く頭が回っていませんでした。
During these three days, we did role-playing exercises for sales, but my brain wasn’t functioning well, especially today.
そのために、普通にロープレをするのは無理だと思ったので上司に少し笑っていただこうと考えました。⇦なんでそうなる？
Because of that, I thought it would be impossible to do the role-playing exercises well, so I decided to make a little joke to make my boss laugh. ←Why did I think so?
今日は病気などについてロープレをしたのですが、ロープレの中で私は
「風邪は結婚と同じなんですよね。どちらも熱が冷めてもせきは残りますからね」と言ってみました。
Today, we did a role-playing exercise about illnesses, and during the exercise, I said, “A cold is like a marriage, because even when the fever goes away, the cough still remains.” ※”Cough” and “register” have the same pronunciation in Japanese.
ロープレの審査を行ってくれた上司には完全にスルーされました。次のロープレで
My boss completely ignored my joke during the exercise. For the next exercise, I made joke again.
「風邪の時は水を飲むのが大切ですよね。これを知らないことを見ず知らずって言います」って言ってみました。
これも完全にスルーされました。次にコロナについて
My boss ignored this joke as well.
「コロナって大変ですよね。コロナの猛威はもういいよ」と言ってみました。
Finally, I made another joke.
少しだけ笑ってくれました。
My boss finally laughed a little bit,
ただ、そういうのは現場でやって研修中はやるなとアドバイスをいただきました。
but advised me not to make jokes like that during training and to save them for when I’m in front of customers.
研修を行ってくれた上司のみなさんが優しい方々で良かったなと思いました。
I was glad that my bosses during the training were kind people.
